- Membership is restricted to persons 21 years of age or older.
- Photo identification ID required for all Q Rewards transactions.
- Accounts and benefits are not transferable.
- Q Casino reserves the right to cancel or change the Q Rewards at any time.
- Unauthorized use of the Q Rewards card or benefits is subject to prosecution.
- Use of Q Rewards card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Q Rewards program. Q Rewards cards remain the property of Q Casino and must be returned upon request.

- Insert your Q Rewards card into your favorite machine and play.
